Scheduling your African Reflexology or Reiki session with me at Roscam Reflexology is a straightforward process, and I'm here to assist you every step of the way. Here's how to get started and what to anticipate during your treatment.

What to Expect during your Treatment
Consultation
We’ll begin with a brief consultation to understand how you're feeling and whether you have any existing ailments or illnesses. This allows me to tailor your treatment to your unique needs.
Comfortable Seating
You'll be seated in a specially designed Reflexology Chair for ultimate comfort. The chair reclines, ensuring your feet are perfectly positioned for the session.
Preparation of Your Feet
You'll be asked to remove your shoes and socks, and I'll cleanse your feet using a fragrant sanitiser, guaranteeing a clean and hygienic experience.
Reflexology
I'll apply oil to your feet and initiate a gentle massage. Throughout the treatment, I'll work on all the reflexes in your feet, addressing areas of tension or discomfort.
Deep Relaxation
Many clients find the experience deeply relaxing, often dozing off or even snoring during the session. This is a natural response as your body releases tension and stress.
Your Comfort Matters
Your comfort is paramount. If at any point during the treatment, you feel too warm or too cold or find the pressure too strong or too gentle, please don't hesitate to let me know. This session is entirely focused on your Well-Being, and I'm here to ensure your comfort throughout.
What to Wear
Wear loose and comfortable clothing that allows easy access to your feet. This ensures a smooth transition into the Reflexology treatment without any discomfort.
Fees & Cancellations
Reflexology and Reiki treatments last approximately one hour. Please allow a little longer to include the consultation for the first treatment. The cost for an adult treatment is €70. For Babies or Children & Teenagers Reflexology pricing, please click below:
I am a member of the Irish Reflexologists Institute and if you have private health insurance you may be able to claim some of the cost back, depending on your policy. Please ask for a receipt and I will email it to you afterwards.
Cancellation Policy: If, for any reason, you are unable to attend a session, you can reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours beforehand, otherwise you will be charged for the missed session. Appointments book up very quickly and if you need to cancel or reschedule I can offer your appointment to another client on my waiting list. Alternatively, if you can't make your session at short notice, you could offer it to a friend or family member. I appreciate your understanding of this policy.
After Your Treatment
After your treatment, you'll have a few moments to relax and allow your body to adjust. We can discuss any areas of tenderness or emotional releases you may have experienced during the session. I'll also provide recommendations for homecare and general Well-Being.
